1. No Refund Policy

At Bulldog Scooters, we are committed to providing accurate and detailed information regarding all our products (scooters, e-motos, parts, and accessories) before purchase.

 

Due to the nature of motor vehicle sales and the logistical complexities involved in shipping and titling, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Bulldog Scooters does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.

This No Refund Policy includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:

  • Change of Mind: The customer decides they no longer want the item after purchase.

  • Dissatisfaction: General dissatisfaction with the product, provided the product is as described and functional.

  • Delays: Unexpected delays in shipping, delivery, or titling processes that are outside the direct control of Bulldog Scooters.

  • Classification Issues: Customer misunderstanding of local or state laws regarding licensing, registration, or helmet requirements for the purchased vehicle.

 
2. Pre-Order and Deposit Items

Please be aware that Pre-Order Items and associated deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • By placing a pre-order, you are committing to the purchase of a vehicle that may not be immediately available.

  • Deposits made to reserve vehicles or accessories are final and are considered a commitment to purchase the final product.

 
3. Product Warranty

While Bulldog Scooters does not offer refunds, this policy does not affect the manufacturer’s warranty that accompanies new vehicles and accessories.

  • All claims related to defects in materials or workmanship must be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with the warranty documentation provided at the time of sale.

  • Bulldog Scooters will assist customers with warranty claims where possible, but is not the warrantor of the product.

 
4. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is processed (whether in full or as a deposit), the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

 
5. Billing Disputes

In the event of a billing dispute, the customer must contact Bulldog Scooters directly before initiating a chargeback with their credit card company. Initiating a chargeback may result in the termination of any existing service or support relationship with Bulldog Scooters.
